Both Penny & Doug McKesson have developed a passion for eating and cooking. Doug has a restaurant background, but Penny has gone the extra mile and attended and assisted with cooking classes for the past 30+ years:

• UCLA Extension Course-Los Angeles

• French & Continental Cuisine

• Rita Leinwand, graduate of the Cordon Bleu in Paris

• Home Chef Cooking School – Corte Madera

• Ramekins Culinary School, Sonoma, 1998–present
  Attends classes and is part of the Kitchen Assistants program. Has worked with chefs John Ash, Joanne Weir, Linda Carucci, Michele Anna Jordan, Deborah Madison, just to name a few.

They have enjoyed entertaining and cooking for family and friends, so combining their love of biking and cooking seems a “natural”.
